The refurbishment and combination of an existing Grade II Listed seven-storey town house and associated mews into a single dwelling to form an 8-storey single dwelling (7,944 sqft). A new mews basement was built along with new brickwork rear wing, housing a lift shaft. A new slate and lead roof was constructed to the main and mews houses. All internal spaces were completely refurbished and fitted-out New mechanical, electrical and AV/IT services were installed throughout the new property with a new passenger lift serving five floors.
