Once an artist’s studio, this 2-bedroom penthouse was totally gutted and transformed. The floors were replaced throughout, a downstairs powder room and en-suite bathroom were created, and a new fireplace was installed. Materials and furniture were thoughtfully curated, including Parquet de Versailles wooden flooring sourced in Belgium, specialist wall finishes, a handcrafted Boffi kitchen, and matt black Dornbracht taps in the bathrooms. Mirrored ceilings were replaced with wooden beams, crisp white walls were tempered with natural lime plaster, and new rooms were carved out of thin air.
