Earls Terrace

Architect: MMM Architects

Renovation of a five-storey Grade II listed terraced house, built circa 1812. The property is part of the Edwardes Square, Scarsdale and Abingdon Conservation Area.

Sherlock carried out extensive work on the property, including underground waterproofing and the installation of underground drainage systems. We also provided comprehensive mechanical and electrical services. Steelwork connections were made as required throughout the project.

Our team handled various joinery tasks, including work on staircases and balustrades, along with repairs to existing balustrades. We installed wine storage cooling equipment systems, along with the associated joinery and door enclosure screens.

Additionally, we executed temporary works and addressed fireplace flues, gathers, and other related elements. Windows, rooflights, and external doors were installed, as well as lightening protection systems. Lastly, we provided mechanical stone support systems and steel fixing brackets for stone benchtops.
