Total refurbishment and spatial redesign of a 4,500 sqft private residential apartment in the heart of Notting Hill, featuring bespoke joinery throughout. The project involved stripping out existing finishes, creating new structural openings, and managing the installation of structural steelwork and timber joists. Scope of work included the installation of new flooring, mechanical and plumbing systems (including plant room equipment), as well as new lighting, security, and drainage systems. The windows were fully renovated with bespoke ironmongery, and high-quality finishes were delivered, including plasterboard walls, stonework, tiles, paintwork, mirrors, and flooring.
